300 MHz – 13.4 GHz Full Spectrum | Up to 5 km Detection Range | 100+ Drone Models Supported

Product Overview
The Vodasafe VS-D10Plus is an ultra-broadband, handheld UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) detection device engineered for rapid, reliable detection and identification of drones operating across the widest available frequency bands. Built around high-sensitivity, high-bandwidth RF reception technology and a comprehensive built-in drone characteristic database, the VS-D10Plus delivers real-time situational awareness in a compact, battery-powered form factor that operators can take anywhere.
Designed for outdoor professionals, event organizers, facility managers, and drone enthusiasts who need to know what is flying overhead, the VS-D10Plus detects drone control links and video transmission signals from 300 MHz all the way up to 13.4 GHz. Under typical line-of-sight conditions, its maximum detection range reaches up to 5 km, giving operators ample early warning before an approaching drone enters sensitive airspace.
Every unit ships ready to use: three external detection antennas, a removable high-capacity battery, a Type-C charging cable, and a wall charger are all included. Firmware and the drone characteristic database can be updated over Type-C or Bluetooth, so the device keeps improving long after purchase.

Core Features in Detail
Full-Spectrum Detection from 300 MHz to 13.4 GHz
The VS-D10Plus covers an exceptionally wide frequency range — from 300 MHz to 13.4 GHz — in a single handheld unit. Its receiver scans the entire band with a minimum frequency step of 1 MHz, capturing drone control signals, analog and digital video links, and Wi-Fi-based drone connections that narrower-band detectors miss. On the color display, operators see a live full-spectrum waterfall, along with the detected drone type, center frequency, and relative signal strength — all at a glance.
Detects 100+ Drone Models Across Major Brands
A comprehensive built-in drone characteristic database means the VS-D10Plus does more than alert — it identifies. It recognizes mainstream camera drones (DJI, Autel, Yuneec, Parrot, Skydio, 3DR, PowerVision, GDU, Xiaomi, SwellPro, Walkera, and others), analog and digital FPV systems (Walksnail, HDZero, Artosyn ArtLynk, BetaFPV, Antigravity, OpenIPC), and Wi-Fi-enabled consumer drones. The database is continuously expanded and can be updated over-the-air, so newly released drone protocols are supported without replacing the hardware.
Up to 5 km Detection Range
With optimal detection sensitivity of up to −101 dBm (for 20 MHz bandwidth OFDM digital video transmission signals), the VS-D10Plus can detect a typical 5 W analog video transmission drone repeater at distances up to 5 km under open-air, line-of-sight conditions. Actual range depends on the drone's transmit power, frequency band, terrain, and environmental interference, but operators consistently get early warning — enough time to assess the situation and respond.
Remote ID (RID) Receiving
The VS-D10Plus receives Remote ID broadcasts over both Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz) and Bluetooth (2.4 GHz), covering the major international RID standards: China's GB 46750-2025, the US ASTM F3411-22a, and the EU ASD-STAN prEN 4709-002. This lets operators read drone identification, location, and operator information directly on screen whenever a compliant drone is broadcasting.
Real-Time Alerts: Vibration, Sound, and GPIO
When a drone signal is detected, the device alerts immediately through three channels simultaneously: a built-in vibration motor, an audible beep, and a GPIO alarm output for integration with external warning systems. The operator does not need to keep staring at the screen — the device notifies them.
Built-in Log Recording
Every detection event is stored in the device's internal memory, including timestamp, drone type, frequency, and signal strength. Operators can review detection history on the device or export it for post-event analysis, reports, or compliance records.
Bluetooth Data Transmission and PC Companion
Via Bluetooth, the VS-D10Plus streams live detection data to a companion mobile app or PC software, giving teams a shared, larger-screen view of the airspace. Multiple operators can monitor the same device remotely without crowding around the handheld unit.
OTA Firmware and Database Upgrades
Firmware updates and drone database expansions are delivered over-the-air through either the Type-C port or Bluetooth. No special service tools are required — simply connect to a computer or smartphone and install the latest release. The device grows with the drone ecosystem.
Rugged IP54 Design for Outdoor Work
Rated IP54, the VS-D10Plus resists dust ingress and splashing water from any direction, making it reliable in rain, dust, and harsh outdoor environments. It operates across a wide temperature range of −25 °C to +55 °C and stores safely from −30 °C to +60 °C.
Eight-Hour Swappable Battery
A removable 7.4 V, 2800 mAh lithium-ion battery powers the device for up to 8 hours of continuous operation at room temperature. Hot-swap the battery for extended missions; recharge via Type-C (5 V/1 A) in approximately 5–6 hours. The low-power design means fewer charging breaks during long field deployments.
Supported Drone Types and Protocols
The VS-D10Plus recognizes signals from a broad cross-section of consumer, prosumer, and racing drones. The list below highlights representative examples; the full supported database covers 100+ models and is updated regularly.

Why Choose the VS-D10Plus
Detect. Identify. Alert. The VS-D10Plus compresses a very wide RF spectrum, a large drone database, and a rugged handheld build into a single 450 g device — ready out of the box, upgradeable for life, and built for the field.
Wider than the competition. Covering 300 MHz to 13.4 GHz in one unit is unusual at this price and size. Narrower detectors miss FPV and long-link drones operating in the lower and upper bands; the VS-D10Plus sees them all.
Always up to date. The drone database and firmware are updated over Type-C or Bluetooth. As new drone protocols and models enter the market, your device keeps pace without hardware replacement.
Built for real outdoor work. IP54 dust and splash protection, a −25 °C to +55 °C operating range, and an 8-hour swappable battery mean the VS-D10Plus keeps working when the environment does not.
Open by design. Bluetooth streaming, GPIO alarm output, and a removable battery make the VS-D10Plus easy to integrate into your existing workflow rather than locking you into a closed ecosystem.
